Yoga with the Frog

OM Yogis!

Today we practice with the Frog.
Lets work up a bit of a sweat and cleanse. A croaking frog is said to herald the rain and replenishment of the land. And Big transformations!
We will get silly and jump around a bit in this one, Embracing the 'sense' of humour and lightness and floating away on a lily pad to finish - lovely!

A good practice to Uplift / stimulate / Strengthen

These practices are most potent when done as a whole.

Please set sacred space to support your transformations!

VIDEO PRACTICE

Frog 1 (30 mins)
Snoring and laughing. Breath of fire. Sun Salutations with moving variations.

Frog 2 (30 mins)
Standing Poses - not too serious!
Keep a block handy for 'froggy folding'.

Frog 3 (23 mins)
A 'Floored' Frog strengthen and stretch out - Rock n roll n release.

Beautiful lotus flower..that you are! (12 mins)
Lie Back - float away and let go! - 'Beautiful Lotus Flower that you are!'
This meditation is Perfect for a Sunny Savasana.
Suitable for beginners

Please Note - Most of the asana practices on this blog are intended for the progression of an established practice of yoga. Over time I will try to add more stuff that is suitable for beginners. This will be clearly labelled as Suitable for beginners.
