OM Yogis,
Dive into a practice with the Undine - spirit of the water element,
A practice to enter into a flow state and connect to water.
Undine Seated Flow (20 mins)
Suitable for beginners
Undine Natarani Flow (25 mins)
Undine Moon Flow (38 mins)
(Sorry lovelies During part 3 in bridge pose I go on a little well meaning tirade (lol) about having the toes turned in and jamming the pelvis..well, what I really meant is having the toes turning out is not a great idea - but toes slightly turning IN is a good idea.. sorry for any confusion...let it just wash over you!!)
If this practice resonates with you and you feel drawn to go deeper please check out my website https://nada-divinelight.co.uk/
Thanks to Alexis Cartwright's 'Animal magic'
The Water
The undines
The flow.
Please Note -
These Practices are recorded as rough drafts!
They are imperfect and need polishing... But I love them and feel they are worth a share!
Most of the asana practices on this blog are intended for the progression of an established practice of yoga. Over time I will try to add more stuff that is suitable for beginners. This will be clearly labelled as Suitable for beginners.
Its worth revisiting this blog if you are interested in this, as I will be adding more beginners practices to each session as time goes by.
Namaste beautiful's,
Love Julie.
