Yoga with the Horse

OM Yogis,
Welcome to a practice with the Horse.
Horse helps to free the self from stress and release heavy burdens.
This practice is all for the back body, long yin holds using the help of a wall to release what we may be consciously or unconsciously carrying. Finished with a practice of complete relaxation for ultimate freedom.

A super relaxing practice that helps us take our power 'back'.

Please set a space to support you. make sure you are warm enough. Have a wall space to work against. Have a strap, a block and a rolled up blanket or towel to hand.

Horse part 1 (20 Mins)

Horse part 2  (40 Mins)

Horse part 3  (27 Mins)

Suitable for beginners

If this practice resonates with you and you feel drawn to go deeper please check out my website https://nada-divinelight.co.uk/

Thanks to Alexis Cartwright's 'animal Magic'
The horse.

Please Note -
These Practices are recorded as rough drafts!
They are imperfect and need polishing... But I love them and feel they are worth a share!
Most of the asana practices on this blog are intended for the progression of an established practice of yoga. Over time I will try to add more stuff that is suitable for beginners. This will be clearly labelled as Suitable for beginners.
Its worth revisiting this blog if you are interested in this, as I will be adding more beginners practices to each session as time goes by.

Namaste beautiful's,

Love Julie.
