Today I'm practicing with the Eagle.
Eagle is a 'No sweat' practice, embracing an attitude of Ease and Grace .
That being said this practice will stretch you! We look at expanding our territories to expand perspective.
Taking us 'up' to our natural divine mind/self .
A practice to stretch out and soar up!
The asana section is designed to stretch you big time, but in safety. Please remember yoga ever hurt anyone - its the ego that gets us in trouble! With this in mind only go as far as feels GOOD in your body. And please do each class in succession - No skipping straight to part 3!! 🙏
Eagle Part 1 (34 mins)
Eagle part 2 (18 mins)
eagle part 3 (23 mins)
Eagle Breathing (15 mins)
Suitable for beginners
Transcendent Wim Hof Pranayama! Will leave you feeling FRESH!! 😄
If this practice resonates with you and you feel drawn to go deeper please check out my website https://nada-divinelight.co.uk/
Thanks to
Alexis Cartwright's 'Animal magic cards'

The Eagle.
Please Note -
These Practices are recorded as rough drafts!
They are imperfect and need polishing... But I love them and feel they are worth a share!
Most of the asana practices on this blog are intended for the progression of an established practice of yoga. Over time I will try to add more stuff that is suitable for beginners. This will be clearly labelled as Suitable for beginners.
Its worth revisiting this blog if you are interested in this, as I will be adding more beginners practices to each session as time goes by.
Namaste beautiful's,
Love Julie.
