Today I've been practicing with the Salmon.
Such a determined creature. Salmon masters the ability to swim upstream trusting his course remains true.
Salmon magic teaches us that wisdom cannot be learned. True Wisdom is attained only through direct experience. "You gotta go through it, To get to it.'
This practice starts gently, and takes us steadily upstream into the challenge's. You will surprise yourself - just keep swimming!
A Practice to appreciate the tenacity and determination of self .
You might like to have a block handy.
Salmon part 1 (30 mins)
Salmon part 2 (27 mins)
Salmon part 3 (37 mins)

Gratitude to
Alexis Cartwright's Animal magic cards.
David Sye - 'You gotta go through is to get to it!'
Sue Davis for going through a lot with me. Snow Globes more settled these days! 💛
The Salmon.
Please Note -
These Practices are recorded as rough drafts!
They are imperfect and need polishing... But I love them and feel they are worth a share!
Most of the asana practices on this blog are intended for the progression of an established practice of yoga. Over time I will try to add more stuff that is suitable for beginners. This will be clearly labelled as Suitable for beginners.
Its worth revisiting this blog if you are interested in this, as I will be adding more beginners practices to each session as time goes by.
Namaste beautiful's,
Love Julie.
