OM Yogis,
Here is a practice with the Bull.
Looking at our ability to Manifest or birth our ideas into material form.
Working with opening the Belly looking at our power to plant seeds in the form of intentions, nurture them, and raise them from solid foundations.
PLEASE NOTE : Before you begin this practice please set, and write down one positive intention FOR YOU.
Use the words " I CAN "
So for example I can Achieve.... / I Can overcome...../ I can integrate..../ I can rise above.../ I can hold and nurture..../ I can manifest.../ I can sustain...../ I can learn....
Just set one intention beginning with 'I can'.
Please note that we should never presume to set intentions for others. Please only set an intention that relates to yourself directly.
A practice for fertility and manifestation.
We start with a meditation exercise, and mudra practice to bring awareness to the lower and higher chakras in relation to the belly. Exploring belly breathing as a means to relaxation whist simultaneously being the seat of our power. Bull Belly Breathing 20 mins
The asana practice is very gentle, allowing us to concentrate on maintaining softness and awareness around the belly. So creating fertile soil to plant our intentions in.
Bull Part 2 (27 mins)
Bull Part 3 (35 mins)
All these Practices are suitable for beginners
Beginners, Please familiarise yourself with pigeon pose. If this isn't suitable for your body you can always take sleeping pigeon instead..
Use props if your knees and hips are tight. Adapt as needed.
Remember there's always the option to participate energetically utilising intention, when we are unable to practice physically.

Every Beautiful Round Soft Belly
The Bull.
Please Note -
These Practices are recorded as rough drafts!
They are imperfect and need polishing... But I love them and feel they are worth a share!
Most of the asana practices on this blog are intended for the progression of an established practice of yoga. Over time I will try to add more stuff that is suitable for beginners. This will be clearly labelled as Suitable for beginners.
Its worth revisiting this blog if you are interested in this, as I will be adding more beginners practices to each session as time goes by.
Namaste beautiful's,
Love Julie.
