OM yogis
Today I am practicing with the bear.
Yin for deep introspection and awakening the inner eye. Emphasising forward folds - the direction of the west - the direction of the bear. This one will help you drop in for deeper work on the difficult days. Feel the body as a place of safety - 'the cave of the yogi' allow yourself to be laid Bare, and meet yourself there.
This practice creates a container or cave, for seeing, feeling and healing the rawness of the self.
Please set a sacred space to support you.
Have props to hand blankets pillows blocks bolsters, and wear layers if you feel the cold.
This practice is suitable for beginners
Seeing in the dark - a meditation exercise to attune to natural inner orientation.
Bear 1 - the inner eye (12 mins)
Bear 2 (22 mins)
Bear 3 (20 mins)
Bear 4 (30 mins)
If this practice resonates with you and you feel drawn to go deeper please check out my website https://nada-divinelight.co.uk/

The bear of the west.
Please Note -
These Practices are recorded as rough drafts!
They are imperfect and need polishing... But I love them and feel they are worth a share!
Most of the asana practices on this blog are intended for the progression of an established practice of yoga. Over time I will try to add more stuff that is suitable for beginners. This will be clearly labelled as Suitable for beginners.
Its worth revisiting this blog if you are interested in this, as I will be adding more beginners practices to each session as time goes by.
Namaste beautiful's,
Love Julie.
