Yoga with the Tiger

 


OM Yogis,

Today we stalk the breath with the beautiful tiger. We look at the balance of polarity and ask are we strong enough to hold it all, and stay even in ourselves?

Yoga with the Owl



OM Yogis!                              
Welcome to a practice with the Owl.
This practice looks at the Neck and upper spine. 
We look at the importance of being in truth with the body. 
So we can gain wisdom and optimal healing for this delicate but oh so important area. 
A series of gentle movements with maximum awareness teaches ..
Attention = Love & Kindness = Healing.
Practice Wisely.

A practice to help us to be in our truth and wind our necks in!! 


Owl part 1 (25 mins)
Very gentle movements to get us started.

Standing section of the practice, have a block or two handy.

Owl part 3 (30 mins)
Back to the floor to finish

Shitali Pranayama with neck awareness.

Yoga with the Horse


OM Yogis, 
Welcome to a practice with the Horse.
Horse helps to free the self from stress and release heavy burdens.
This practice is all for the back body, long yin holds using the help of a wall to release what we may be consciously or unconsciously carrying. Finished with a practice of complete relaxation for ultimate freedom.

A super relaxing practice that helps us take our power 'back'.

Please set a space to support you. make sure you are warm enough. Have a wall space to work against. Have a strap, a block and a rolled up blanket or towel to hand.

Yoga with the Undine

(Sorry lovelies During part 3 in bridge pose I go on a little well meaning tirade (lol) about having the toes turned in and jamming the pelvis..well, what I really meant is having the toes turning out is not a great idea - but toes slightly turning IN is a good idea.. sorry for any confusion...let it just wash over you!!)
